Experience the well-being, all-round health benefits and sheer joy of moving to Latin and International music and rhythms in a fun and friendly environment. No pressure, go at your own pace. All welcome- beginners, intermediates, dancers or those with two left feet. Age 16 plus.
Please wear suitable fitness shoes, comfortable clothing and bring water. Drop-in class so no need to book. £6- at the door and a free class after every ten classes on stamped card.
