Man charged with GBH in Downley
A 37-year-old man has been charged with GBH and breaching a court order in relation to an incident in Hawksmoor Close in Downley, High Wycombe on Monday (24/9).
Brian Whitehead of Furlong Road, Bourne End, High Wycombe was charged yesterday (25/9) and will appear before Wycombe Magistrates Court today (26/9).
He was charged after breaching a court order not to go to Hawksmoor Close and also being involved in a fight where a 29-year-old man was taken to JR Hospital in Oxford after suffering head injuries and Whitehead was admitted to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment for stab wounds.
